Joseph Carnarius began his career at Forto, where he quickly rose to lead the purchasing department. Over his three years there, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in China, Southeast Asia, and Europe, while building high-performing teams and developing logistics products like international removals, Fulfillment by Amazon, and multimodal freight solutions.

After his success at Forto, Joseph co-founded AGX, where he developed software to improve collaboration between freight forwarders and importers, with clients like Home24 and Gebrüder Weiss.

Throughout his career, Joseph grew increasingly frustrated with hidden and unfair logistics charges. This frustration sparked his next venture: Demdet. Now, he’s fully dedicated to helping businesses avoid these unnecessary costs, fighting for fairness and transparency in the industry.
